MATACHANA has been ISO 9001 certified since 1995, awarded by Lloyd’s Register LRQA Ltd., as well as for medical devices; ISO 13485 is currently extended by TÜV Rheinland LGA Products GmbH and other specific qualifications from the various countries in which operates. In addition, all sterilizations equipment complies with the different applicable European directives.

Steam sterilization in animal facilities, industry, and laboratories involves very defined specifications and requirements. For this reason, MATACHANA sterilizers are designed and developed to provide maximum continuous performance at the highest quality in these types of environments and centres. They cover various applications and programs, including processes for bedding boxes, feed, glassware, instruments, porous loads, liquids (open and closed) and other laboratory elements.MATACHANA, they are committed and aware of the importance of reducing the consumption of our equipment so that they can use less energy to carry out the same tasks.

The ideal for research centres, animal facilities, microbiology laboratories, BSL-2 and BSL-3 areas, and general sterile material supply industries, which must ensure speed and safety within their large-volume sterilization processes.

Vacuum system using ejector-venturi, silent and performant with water-saving solution (sterilizers up to 3 m3) or by liquid-ring pump (from 3 m3). Control system through two PLCs (control and register), which ensures independent readings (temperature/pressure) in which all operations monitoring of the unit are centralized. Enables easy and intuitive handling.

  • Sterilization programs for solid material, adjustable temperatures between 115 and 135 C.
  • Connecting to an external cooling system with substantial water savings and reduced cycle time.
  • Natural cooling or by jacket flooding + sterile air counter pressure for open liquids programs.
  • Air treatment system through a 0,2 μ self-sterilizable filter condensate line and condensates treatment inside the chamber for potentially contaminated areas and material (ex., BSL-2, BSL-3 zones, etc.).

An example is the steam generator (in the devices fitted with it), which has an integrated “smart” economiser system. It is fully controlled by the sterilizer’s CPU so that the right amount of steam for the program is produced, adapting to the needs of pressure and temperature of the program selected and run. It is specifically designed to let in the appropriate water volume in the generator and at the right cycle time to minimize the consumption of treated water and power of the generator.

Highly performant vacuum using water ejector (Venturi system). It is a faster, silent, and water-saving system compared to other devices in the market. Allows the user to know the status of a device quickly and easily.

  • Liquids into non-hermetically sealed receptacles with adjustable temperatures between 105 and 135 C, with a product probe inside the chamber.
