SA12J AUTOMATIC INSPECTION MACHINE FOR PRE-FILLED SYRINGES

Automatic inspection machine SA12J has been designed to perform the visual inspection of prefilled syringes.
SA12J reaches a productivity of 200 pcs/min.
Possible integration with leak test unit to check containers' integrity.

N400-LT

Main Features

N400-LT is the high speed continuous motion machine that integrates the visual inspection and high voltage leak detection (HVLD) technologies. The machine equipped with high resolution cameras (2 Megapixels) and high efficiency LED lights represents the state-of-the-art visual inspection technology. The recirculation feature that allows to double-inspect the containers rejected only by 1 or 2 cameras (to be set by Customer) reduces the false rejection rate in order to guarantee the best inspection results also with very critical products. To reach a production output of 27.000 pcs/h. is also available the model N450-LT.
